Today Craig got his first performance review at work. He has only been on the job for 5 months so he wasn't expecting much from the review but was very pleasantly surprised at what he heard. He got great marks across the board and his superiors were very happy with his performance. He brought home the written performance and I think the last line of the review sums up what it says pretty well --
"Craig's future looks very good as a signals analyst, but his potential as a leader and company asset are even more promising".
WAY TO GO CRAIG!!
