Even though today was going to be HOT (well 90 degrees is really hot to us!) we decided to take the kids to the Zoo. It was great! I have never been to the zoo here in Denver and was pleasantly surprised. Emma has gone with Auntie Beth several times but this was the first time we had gone as a family. Emma loves animals and can tell you what each animal is and what noise they make. She was really interested in the elephants, penguins and giraffes. Owen was an especially good baby and slept most of the time that we were there. We had a great time together and look forward to many more days like today!

It was SO hot but Owen slept in his carrier the whole time.
On our way out we stopped at the gift shop for Emma. This is where she got her beloved "Ozzy" so we thought we would see if she wanted something else. She gathered up a herd of various animals that she told us she was taking home! It was hilarious! She finally settled on a giraffe that she told us was named Jenny :)

Yeah you guys got a blog!!! Ours is in the proscess. Emma and Owen are just tooo cute for words! Owen is just getting so big! We love you guys! Thanks for the b-day wish for Jovie. I will call you tomorrow. Love ya!
