Owen's 16 month checkup!

We went yesterday for to Owen's 16 month well care. I can not believe how old his is getting. He is still huge! He talks really well for a boy and has great motor development. Here are his 16 month stats:

~Weight 25.6 pounds -- 60%
~ Height 32 1/4 inches -- 75%
~ Head 51 cm -- 97 % Still has a huge head!
~ He can say about 15 words and signs a handful more
~ He loves to read books and will bring me every book from his shelf everyday!
~ He is completely weaned as of July 16th:( It was a struggle for him but he is finally not asking for it anymore. It is really sad for me... it feels like the end of his babyhood.
~ He loves to play outside and hangs out on the deck a lot during the day
~ He can climb pretty much anything and will at any given moment. His new favorite is trying to get onto the dining room table.
~ He is the most cuddly little boy and will just lay with you or have you hold him for as long as you want.
~ He no longer walks anywhere, he has to run where ever he goes.
~ he has huge hands and feet. He wears a size 6.5/7 shoe and his hands are the same size as Emmas. (Emma only wears a size 8 shoe)
~He does not like vegetables at all
~He thinks goldfish crackers are a food group and tries to sustain himself on them alone.
~His favorite toys -- the dog and kitchen utensils like spatulas :)
~He is in love with the movie Bolt and will watch the whole thing in one sitting!

He is so much fun and he and Emma play together great. When we were at the doctor we asked for further clarification on the results of his follow up EEG since we only got a call from the Neurologists nurse saying the tests results were "normal". We weren't sure if that meant they were the same as last time or not. So our Pediatrician read the results for us and the abnormal brain activity (spikes in the rear left part of the brain found after his seizures) are now completely gone and his brain functions are completely normal!! YAY!! That is outstanding news!! It is everything we could ask for.

He still holds his breath every once in a while but hasn't passed out in a long time. Things are going great!!
