Our little Owen is 9 months old! I can't believe it!! He is such a sweet, beautfiul little boy and brings so much love and joy to our lives. Here are his stats for now:
**The most exciting stat -- He took his first steps on December 23rd! That's right 3 days before he turned 9 months old. So, he officially walked at 8 months old! Our little boy is growing up so fast!
*Weight -- 21.4 pounds
*Height -- 29 inches
*Head -- Can't remember the number but it is still in the 95%. :)
*He crawls like a mad man!
*Can say Mama, Dada, Emma and hi. He also says Nana but doesn't quite know what that means yet.
*He has 6 teeth (four on top and two on the bottom)
*He loves, and I mean LOVES food! He is so over baby food it isn't funny. He wants to eat whatever we are eating and does a good job with most of it. He also loves to get it all over the place. We gave him refried beans the other night and he got it EVERYWHERE! So fun!!
*He loves to play with Emma and will do pretty much anything she is doing. She on the other hand doesn't love to play with him nearly as much and tries to take all the toys and put them up so he can't get them :)
*He does this funny face where he scrunches up his nose and squints his eyes and shows all his teeth, it is so cute and funny and does it just to make people laugh.
*He is crazy about his dad. Whenever Craig gets home from work he tries to get to him as fast as he can. Sometimes he even wants Daddy when he is hurt or tired instead of me. That is really different from Emma who wanted me all day everyday. Craig and Owen are really cute together!
Anyway, we couldn't imagine our lives without this little guys!
